Getting back to basics in your life can be easier than you imagine

Living sustainably, reducing pollution/waste, increasing your health and finding the passion inside this IS how YOU can live, too!

I want to take you on a journey of community, passion, connection, liberation - getting back to our foundations of eating what's in season, utilising ALL food products, getting creative with what we eat, getting the whole family involved and giving you ideas (plus from the Use it All community) to forage, grow, create in your home

More and more I've realised we've (I definitely had!) created a world of seeking instant gratification in the way we consume - it's not even fully visible to begin with because we have made it so NORMAL

Finding a need to go on hard diets, supplementing with handfuls of pills, spending our hard earned $ on food that is out of season (how long has it been sitting in that cool room for 'convenience'?), feeling uninspired to eat/cook with what's readily available and 'just duck' to the supermarket, sometimes multiple times a week for more supplies, taking taking taking from the environment without ever giving back to it....

When nature has everything that was intended for us all along. We can give back to the earth, grow sustainably, use food that is in season, enrich our soil, use WHOLE animals if we choose to eat them and realise you hold the power to your health, the environment and connecting to an amazing community where sharing and support is oh so normal!

It's time to get back to our 'roots'

To build like minded communities, to be our own supply chain of produce, and shift the way we are living, for the better - for long term sustainability and liberation!

Whether you are in an apartment, suburban block or living on the land

Welcome to 'Use it All' sustainable community!

Founded & created by Lissy Venner to support you in this everyday journey

Using 3 key principles throughout all of this, in a super affordable ($3 a week!) monthly membership!

Here's some of what you'll discover and implement in your daily life

  • Principle 1 - Swap one ingredient in your meals - we aim to replace 1 normally store bought ingredient with a home grown or foraged one for EVERY meal. You can add to this of course over time but key to get into the habit of every meal replacement

  • Principle 2 - Use everything you grow and 90% of only what is in season (unless you have preserved what's in season for longer term use). This sounds pretty straight forward, however in practice can be quite tricky (plus tips to get you to this point too - beat the overwhelm!).

  • Principle 3 - Sustainability & keeping it all super super simple - so often I hear of people wanting to start and spending a small fortune on setting up complex, well everything. I'll help you see how easy this is, to embrace the chaos (and find calm in it) and to use what's available plus repeat (sustainable, remember ;) )

Hi, I'm Lissy

I have always had a desire to be self sufficient, to live off the land (but still enjoy all other aspects of life!), to build local community and to live in sustainable ways

It definitely hasn't always been this way for me, and the journey I have been on many would relate to (yep, they do!). Right now, when I share or sell food, post pictures of our family farm or show others what I am creating, one (does & could) think I have it ALL together in this department (nope - always learning as I go!), that you need 100 acres to grow your produce to feed your whole family year round, and that my garden is all in neat little rows (it's like a jungle in a jungle right now!)...NOPE! This membership encourages you to grow your own food but also realises this is not always possible (apartment living as an eg) in large ways for all. I have been asked many times over 2021 time frame to do demonstrations of types of cooking, making pickled food/fermented food, encouraging others to grow food in their back yard plus some. My down to earth, empower you approach is appealing as I keep things simple and use basic principles to get you started. In that part of the journey, this low cost 'Use it all' membership was born - so you can see more than I could ever post on social media 'how to' and 'get on with it' ways of living sustainably. Let me take you on the journey - warts and all - of every day living and being fully committed to my cause. You'll see that I homeschool my two children, run my own mindset coaching business, spend time catching up with friends, have weekly date nights with my husband (who also runs his own business), horse ride, gym it 3-5 days a week and overall LIVE my life in all ways...while running an ever evolving with aim to be 90% living off the land, sustainable farm. Read: this is not my full time job and yes, I do sleep more than 6 hours a night ;). I can't wait to share this journey with you, and extend living sustainably across the world with your help. Let's do this!
